Team Meeting Planning

1- Purpose of Team Meetings:

The purpose of team meetings is to build a spiritual community and become the body of Christ in order to minister to the residents.

2- Number of Team Meetings:

Regardless of how many meetings are planned, the total amount of time spent together must be between 34-36 hours. The number of meetings depends on the local circumstances.

  3. Spiritual Formation and Small Group Sharing
  4. Team Training Skits
  5. Team Job Assignment Training
  6. Kairos Guideline Training
  7. Department of Corrections Training
  8. Agape
  9. Music
  10. Meditations and Homily Rehearsal

4- Team Meeting Agenda

The weekend leader is responsible for preparing agendas that meet the riverbanks requirements of 34-36 hours and provide adequate training, spiritual formation, and bonding. EZRA provides team meeting agendas for 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 meetings, with an optional overnight.
