Weekend Prayer Vigil Community Registration

This form is for official use only.

To be used by each Team  Prayer Vigil Coordinator only.


Please use this form to request a weekend be added to the 3 Day Weekend Online Prayer Vigil sign-up sheet.

The system will allow you to post a Weekend Prayer Vigil to the internet so other communities around the world can sign-up to pray for your weekend's team and attendees.

Community Name: Please enter the name of your Community.
Example: "Mt. Olive Correctional Center".

Community Website: Please enter the website for your Community.
Example: "http://www.kairoswv.org".

Weekend Description: Please enter the name of the weekend that you would like to request the Prayer Vigil Sign-up sheet be created.
Example: "Men's Karios #11".

Weekend Dates: Please enter the dates the weekend will be held.
Example: "3-6 August 2007".

Start Date/Time: Please enter the date and time that you wish the Prayer Vigil to start.
Example: "3 August 2007 7PM".

End Date/Time: Please enter the date and time that you wish the Prayer Vigil to end.
Example: "6 August 2007 7PM".

Time Increment: Please enter the length of the Prayer Vigil time.  Most communities use either 1 hour or 30 minutes.


Time Zone: Please enter number of hours off of GMT that you are. This will be used for time zone calculations for the person signing up for the Prayer Vigil time.
Example: "-4 hours".
 (Optional - I can figure it out for you.)

Prayer Vigil Coordinator: Please enter the name of your Prayer Vigil Coordinator. This is so I know whom to communicate with for the Prayer Vigil.


Prayer Vigil E-Mail: Please enter E-Mail address of your Prayer Vigil Coordinator. As the Prayer Vigil times are filled out, the information will be E-Mailed to this account.


Prayer Vigil Comment: Please enter any comments that you want sent to the person signing up for the Prayer Vigil time. As someone requests a Prayer Vigil time, this comment will be E-Mailed to the requestor. You can place anything (less that 200 Characters) that you would like to send to them. Some examples are messages of thanks or lists of attendees or a web-site that contains updated lists of attendees.
